Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of iTrucked. iTrucked, a Warsame Labs product. The service is provided by Warsame Labs LLC ("we", "us", or the "Company"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

iTrucked is software for small trucking carriers to manage loads, invoicing, IFTA, driver settlements, documents, and compliance reminders. We provide the software as it is described on our site and in the product. We may add, change, or remove features over time as the product improves.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for everything done under your account. Give us accurate information when you sign up, including a valid USDOT number where required, and keep it current. You must be authorized to act for the business you register.

What you pay

iTrucked is billed per truck, on a monthly or annual plan, with a free trial at the start. Fees, the trial length, and what each plan includes are shown on our pricing page. Payment is handled by our payment processor. Plans renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime from billing settings and keep access through the period you already paid for.

Your data

The load, driver, financial, and document data you put into iTrucked is yours. You grant us the limited right to store and process it so we can run the service for you. How we handle personal data is set out in ourPrivacy Policy. If your account is locked for non-payment, your data is retained for a period before removal so you can reactivate without losing it.

Acceptable use

Use iTrucked for your own trucking business and within the law. Do not misuse the service, attempt to break its security, resell it, or use it to store unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other customers at risk.

Tax and compliance

iTrucked helps you calculate figures like IFTA fuel tax and prepare filings, but the numbers are estimates based on the data you enter and the rates available to us. You are responsible for confirming official rates and for the accuracy of what you file with any authority. iTrucked is a tool, not a substitute for a tax professional.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Warsame Labs LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes and ending the agreement

We may update these terms as the product changes, and we will post the new version here with an updated date. You can stop using iTrucked and close your account at any time. We may end or suspend access if these terms are broken.
