SMS Terms

These SMS Terms describe the iTrucked text-messaging program. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these terms. iTrucked, a Warsame Labs product.

Program description

iTrucked sends transactional text messages for operational and dispatch notifications: load assignments and status updates, pickup and delivery reminders, document requests, and account and billing notices. We do not send marketing or promotional texts through this program.

How you opt in

You opt in by entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box when you sign up or in your account settings. A carrier who invites a driver may also confirm that the driver agreed to receive operational texts. We only message numbers that have given consent.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your activity in iTrucked, such as how many loads you run and how often their status changes.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, according to the plan you have with your mobile carrier. iTrucked does not charge you for text messages.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. After you opt out, we will send one confirmation and then stop texting that number. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@itrucked.com. Opting out of texts does not affect your account or your email notifications.

Carriers

Supported carriers include the major US mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network and is not guaranteed.

Privacy

iTrucked will not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Changes

If we change these SMS Terms, we will post the new version here with an updated date.
