AI, built in

The AI reads. You approve every number.

Seven AI features come with iTrucked, not sold as an add-on. Each one shows its work in a review card before anything is saved, so a blurry photo or a wrong number never lands in your books on its own.

Seven AI features. Included in every plan. No extra charge.

Confirm, don’t trust

Every number lands in a review card first.

Scanning a rate confirmation reads faster than typing it, but a photo can smudge and a number can be off. What the AI is sure of gets a quiet check; what it is not is flagged with the reason, next to the exact spot on the paper it read from. You fix the flagged fields, then save.

  • Nothing the AI writes is saved until you approve it
  • Flagged fields show the exact spot on the document they came from
  • “Type it in instead” is always one tap away
  • If a read times out or fails, you get a clear message, not a spinner

Seven AI features, in plain terms.

No AI tier, no per-scan fee. All seven are on from your first day.

Chat assistant

Ask about your own business in plain words.

  • Answers from your real loads, expenses, drivers, and permits
  • Reads only your company data, never another carrier's
  • Shows the numbers behind the answer so you can check them

Rate check

See how a rate compares before you book it.

  • Weighs a new rate against the loads you have already run on the lane
  • Flags freight that pays below your own history
  • Gives a confidence level, never a promise

Rate confirmation scanner

Photograph the rate con; the load fills itself in.

  • Reads broker, lane, dates, rate, and fees
  • Every field lands in the review card before it is saved

Fuel receipt scanner

Snap a fuel receipt; the gallons and state attach to the load.

  • Reads vendor, amount, gallons, date, and state
  • Feeds the IFTA miles and gallons for you

Expense receipt scanner

Photograph any receipt; the expense is filled in and sorted.

  • Reads vendor, amount, date, and a suggested category
  • You confirm the category before it is booked

Per-load insights

See what each finished load actually earned.

  • Rate per mile against your own running average
  • Profit after the costs you recorded on the load
  • A plain read on how the load did

Weekly insights

A short weekly read on how the business is doing.

  • Revenue and load trends for the week
  • A few highlights worth acting on
  • Waiting on your dashboard, with no report to run

AI can be slow, and it can be wrong. Every scan and insight has a timeout and a clear error state, so nothing spins forever. When a read fails you get told, you type it in, and you keep moving.

The AI, answered plainly.

Do the AI features cost extra?
No. All seven are in the one $29-per-truck price, on every account. There is no AI tier and no per-scan fee.
Can the chat assistant see my data?
Only your company records. It answers from your own loads, expenses, drivers, and permits, and it cannot reach another carrier account. It shows the numbers it used so you can check the answer.
What if the AI reads a receipt wrong?
You catch it before it is saved. Every scan lands in a review card that flags any field it is unsure about and shows the spot on the document it read from. You fix it and save. Nothing is entered without your say-so.
What happens when the AI is slow or a scan fails?
Every scan and insight has a timeout and a clear error state. If a read fails, you get a message that says so, not an endless spinner, and you can type the fields in and keep moving.
How does the rate check work without a huge database?
It starts with the freight you have already run. Once you have a few loads on a lane, a new rate is weighed against your own history and shown with a confidence level. It is a second opinion, not a guarantee.

Enter your next load once.
