Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Warsame Labs LLC, the company behind iTrucked, handles your information. We keep this plain on purpose: we collect what we need to run the service, we do not sell your data, and we tell you who we share it with.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email, company name, USDOT number, and login credentials.
• Business data you enter: loads, brokers, drivers, vehicles, invoices, fuel and expense records, documents you upload, and IFTA data.
• Payment details: handled by our payment processor. We store a customer reference and your plan, not your full card number.
• Usage data: how you use the product, device and browser information, and session activity, so we can fix problems and improve the service.

How we use it

We use your information to provide iTrucked, process your billing, send you service and account messages, provide support, keep the service secure, and improve how it works. We do not sell your personal information.

When a load is delivered, its lane (city pair), mileage, and rate go into an anonymized industry benchmark that helps every carrier judge what a lane pays. Never your company name, broker names, reference numbers, or exact dates, and nothing traceable to you. A lane's numbers are only ever shown once at least three different companies and five loads stand behind them, and the raw entries expire after 180 days.

Who we share it with

We use a small set of trusted service providers to run iTrucked. Each receives only what it needs for its job:

• Amazon Web Services: hosting, storage, and databases in the United States.
• Stripe: subscription billing and payment processing.
• Postmark: sending invoices and account emails on your behalf.
• AWS End User Messaging: sending the text-message notifications you opt into.
• PostHog: product analytics and session recording, so we can see how the product is used and where it breaks.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the service and our customers.

Analytics and session recording

We use PostHog to understand how iTrucked is used, including session recording of activity in the app. This helps us find confusing screens and bugs. It is tied to running and improving the product, not advertising.

Text messages (SMS)

If you provide a mobile number and opt in, iTrucked sends transactional text messages: account notifications and load and dispatch updates. We send these only to numbers that have given consent. Message frequency varies with your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or reply HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not affect your account or email notifications.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. If your account is locked for non-payment, we retain your data for a limited period so you can reactivate without losing it, then remove it. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time.

Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls that keep each carrier's data separated, and least-privilege access for our systems. No service is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously.

Your choices

You can access and update most of your information directly in iTrucked. To request a copy of your data or to have it deleted, contact us and we will help.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with an updated date. Significant changes will be communicated through the service.
