Drivers & pay

Driver pay that matches the loads.

Set how each driver is paid once. Every settlement is figured straight from the loads they ran, shown line by line, and sent to their phone as a statement they can actually read.

Drivers are free. You pay per truck, never per seat.

Per mile

$0.62 a loaded mile

Percentage

25% of the load

Per load

A set rate per run

Flat

A fixed amount

Every dollar, traceable to a load.

No calculator, no memory, no arguments on payday. The loads did the counting.

Set each driver's pay once

Per mile, a share of the load, a flat rate per run, or a set amount. Pick it for each driver and every settlement uses it, so a new hire is paid right from their first load.

The math is shown, line by line

Each load on the settlement carries its miles, its rate, and the pay it earned. Take out a fuel advance and the net is right there. Nothing hidden, nothing rounded away.

A statement your driver can actually read

When you settle, iTrucked builds a clean statement: the loads, the math, and the net, in plain words. Your driver sees the same numbers you do, so payday is a formality, not a fight.

Driver pay, answered plainly.

What pay types can I set?
Per mile, a percentage of the load, a flat rate per run, or a set amount. You pick it once for each driver and every settlement uses it.
How does my driver get their settlement?
They get a link. It opens on their phone to a clean statement with the loads, the math, and the net. No app to install, no account to make, just a PIN so it stays private.
Do my drivers cost extra?
No. Drivers and office staff are free. You pay per truck, never per seat, so bring the whole crew.
Can I take out deductions?
Yes. Add items like a fuel advance or an insurance share to a settlement; the net updates and the deduction shows on the statement.
I only have one truck. Do I need any of this?
No. Settlements stay off until you hire your first driver, then turn on the day you add them. A company of one gets zero ceremony.
